The Ohio House has retained the basic language from Governor DeWine’s proposed budget (HB 166) that would raise the legal age of sale for tobacco (including e-cigarettes) to 21. The measure is now being considered by the Ohio Senate. The Ohio Legislature has an opportunity to reduce tobacco-use, the No. 1 preventable cause of death–but they need to hear from you!
