April 3rd before midnight: Submissions Due (case report or clinical research) & Meeting Registration Required
April 11th: Acceptance Notification
May 3rd: Posters displayed at the meeting.
All accepted submissions will also appear in our e-Poster gallery.
Eligibility
Ohio CV Team Clinicians (Non-physician clinicians – RN, NP, CNS, PA, PharmD)
You may present recent data or information that has been presented previously at a local or national meeting. Abstracts presented at the Ohio-ACC meeting may be submitted to ACC.25 for consideration. An Ohio-ACC meeting abstract presentation is not disqualified from being submitted to ACC.25.
The submission of an abstract constitutes a commitment by the submitting author to participate in the Spring Summit if his/her poster is accepted. No one else can present on the submitting author’s behalf.
Submission
- Submission requirements include:
1) abstract,
2) pdf of your poster, AND
3) *OPTIONAL* link to an MP4 voice-over PowerPoint presentation of your submission. - Submissions accepted for presentation will be required to be present at the Ohio-ACC Spring Summit. A 40″ x 30″ poster board will be provided to which you can affix the poster.
- Submissions accepted for presentation at the Ohio-ACC Spring Summit will also be available On Demand through the ePoster Portal.
- Abstract Title: The title should be brief (limited to 15 words) and should be succinct and descriptive.
- Abstract Body: Maximum of 500 words. Maximum one image (e.g. EKG or graph or table, etc.).
JPEG format only, maximum file size 500 kb, maximum pixel size 600 x 800. Your one image does not count towards word count. For higher quality output we recommend your images be set at 300 dpi and crop out any unnecessary surrounding white space. - Abstract Layout:
Clinical research abstracts must use the following layout:

Case report abstracts must use the following layout:
*Introduction/Objective
*Case Presentation
*Discussion
*Conclusion

Reminders:

- Acceptance decisions will be announced on April 11.
- Accepted submissions will be presented as posters on May 3.
