This activity has been planned and implemented
in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Ohio State
Medical Association (OSMA) through the joint sponsorship of The
MetroHealth System and Ohio Chapter of the American College of Cardiology.

Objectives

evidence-based management strategies for the treatment of heart
failure.

the presentation of cardiac disease varies by gender. Recognize that
men and women share most modifiable risk factors, but that gender
influences the importance of some well established risk factors.
